On Tuesday we met up to work on the final touches for our trailer. We planned on what we will say for our voice overs during the film.
Things we need to say before the trailer:
What we each did to make the movie
Things we need to put in the trailer
Our Smartphone movie will focus on the topic of: Literature
Or how about that speeding fine you got over the weekend?
There are many facets to Literature and because it is such a broad term, we seek to break down and find what literature means to the people of Auckland and how it has evolved over time.
We took our smartphones to the streets of Auckland City and posed questions to the unsuspecting public
Documentary – interviewing the public and their perspective on literature
Started at AUT documenting students and their responses then headed into the city for a wider and broader opinion.
Questions such as………
Modern Lit vs Old Lit
Film vs Book
Literature through Technology- changes through time
How our theory relates to our movie
But how are we going to incorporate a theory into our movie?
First we take our topic
And add our smartphone movie
Showing how literature has changed through time
And how technology has contributed to our view of literature
And lastly how our past experiences of literature has effected personal preference, being
forced to read vs reading for leisure
We will use these four components to incorporate Nexus Analysis into our movie
How has literature changed through time
How technology is changing the way we view literature
Looking at books being transferred to movies and the rise of e-readers
- Past experience
How past exposure to literature effect perfect preference
Forced to read vs reading for leisure
- How these relate together
How are we going to share our movie with the wider audience?
